FOR ALL OFF-CAMPUS ACTIVITIES
Dear Colleagues,
For all off-campus course related activities,
offered by the Department of Art of the University of Memphis, a
RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT must
be completely filled out, signed and dated, and returned to the
instructor of record five business days before each event. Five
business days prior to the event the instructor of record must
turn in all of the original signed RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND HOLD
HARMLESS AGREEMENTS to the Department of Art office in Jones Hall 108.
The office of the Department of Art will hold the original signed
RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENTS for five years. Thank
you for your cooperation.
